THRIVE

It is the intention of Constance Free Church to bless our communities by putting our love of Christ into action.  Constance desires to be a church that honors the Lord by serving one other and our community.  In order for this revolution of volunteerism to occur, two strategies have been identified:

1. Create a culture of volunteerism
2. Develop a system that guides all into service.

Constance Free Church has developed a sophisticated system that will guide willing recruits into a mission that doesn’t just “fill a need” in the church, but allows the volunteer to experience inner joy through service.  The system has two groups of leaders that will assist you in your quest for a ministry adventure - Volunteer Coaches and Ministry Captains.

A Volunteer Coach will help you to discover areas of interest and put you in contact with a Ministry Captain in the area(s) of interest that you identified.

The Captain will host you in touring, visiting, describing and even trying out an opportunity.  They will follow-up with you to find out if you need to try something else, dive deeper or are ready to commit to a ministry area. At any time you can revisit a coach until you find a ministry fit.
